How to set up an employee’s schedule?

To create or modify your employees’ schedules, go to Agenda > Schedules > Employee schedule and follow the steps below.

1. Access schedule creation

Click the red “+” button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2. Select the employees

Select one or more employees to whom you want to assign the schedule.

📌 Note: If several employees share the same schedule, you can select them at the same time to load their availability together.

3. Define the period

Enter the start date and end date of the period you want to configure.

4. Configure working days and hours

Select the days of the week and define the corresponding working hours:

  • Continuous schedule: enter a start time and an end time.

  • Split shift: use the + Shifts button to add multiple time slots.

  • All day: enable this option if the employee will be available during the centre’s full opening hours.

5. Adjust non-applicable days

If the schedule does not apply to any of the selected days, simply uncheck them.

6. Add more periods (optional)

Use the + Period button if you need to add a different schedule for the same employees over another date range.

7. Save the changes

Save the changes and check that the schedule is displayed correctly in the Calendar.

💬 For example: Andrea and Pablo (1), from 12/01 to 25/01 (2), work (3) from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 18:00 (4), every day except Wednesdays and Fridays (5).

How to edit or delete an employee’s schedule?

To modify or delete an existing schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Click the red “+” button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select the employee and the date range you want to modify.
  3. Click Delete.

🔍 How it works: When you need to modify an existing period, you must add a new period that overwrites the previous one. To avoid issues, it is recommended to delete the existing schedule first and then create the new one.

📌 Note: If modifying or deleting a schedule affects an existing booking, the system will display a warning so you can decide how to proceed.
