How to include customer signature on the ticket/receipt?

If you wish for the customer to sign their receipt to store their confirmation, please contact support@spalopia.com to activate the setting that will allow you to do the following:

Before finalizing the transaction, you will see the option for Signature.

Clicking on this field will open a new pop-up window with the following details:

1. Purchase Summary

2. Field for digital signature and QR code, in case you wish to read it on an external device (Tablet or mobile) to offer it to the customer.

After saving and finalizing, the signature will be included on the receipt.

In case the signature is saved incorrectly (for example, if the customer saves it halfway through signing), you can reset the signature field at the following path: Point of Sale > Orders > Locate the corresponding transaction and expand the quick edit options on the right > Signature:

This will open the following screen, allowing you to delete the signature to redo it, and you can rescan the QR code if necessary.

After rectifying, to obtain the new receipt, you can go to Point of Sale > Reports > POS Journal Role click on the transation and select Print view
