How to create and configure an employee?
You can create or edit your centre’s employees from Agenda > Employees. Below, you will find how to configure each field.
- Status
Defines whether the employee is active or inactive in the system. - Online bookable
Enables or disables the option for customers to book appointments with this employee through the Booking Engine.

The employee's name as it will be displayed in the Agenda. - User
Links the employee to an existing user in the system.
If the user has a valid email address, the employee will receive email notifications every time a new booking is assigned.
💡 Tip: Especially useful for freelance therapists. - Gender
Select the employee’s gender (male or female). - Priority
Defines the automatic assignment order for the employee.
🔍 How it works: By default, all employees have priority 10. The system will give preference to employee with a lower number. - Color
Select the colour used to display the therapist in the Agenda.

Select the treatments that this employee can perform.

- Service commission
The commission percentage the employee earns for each service performed.

The commission percentage earned by the employee who processes the payment at reception.
📌 Note: Only applies if the Point of Sale is active.

The commission percentage earned by the employee who sells the booking.

The advance period required to allow online bookings with this employee.

The order in which the employee will be displayed in the Agenda.
The lower the number, the further to the left the employee will appear.
🔍 How it works: professional user
When you create an employee, the system automatically generates a user in CRM > Employees.
You must not delete this user, as doing so would remove all records associated with appointments, commissions and reports.
📌Note: This user has no role assigned by default, so they will not have access to the system unless you configure it manually.
