What data can I consult in the Agenda Reports?

Agenda Reports allow you to analyse the operational activity of the centre based on the appointments recorded in the Agenda, whether they were created directly by reception or through the Booking Engine.

The reports available in this section (Reports > Agenda) are as follows:


 📌 Please note that the revenue shown does not necessarily reflect actual invoicing, as it is based on appointments recorded in the Agenda regardless of their payment status.
Therefore, to obtain actual billing data, we recommend consulting the Point of Sale reports, especially the “Products by Transaction” report.

What do I need to access the reports? 

Access to these reports depends on the contracted module:

  • Agenda Reports require the Agenda module to be activated.
  • Point of Sale Reports require the Point of Sale module.

 

Where can I find more information? 

Remember that you can also access Listings > Appointments/Vouchers to expand the information on each sale, including payment status.
