How to manage the payment status of a booking? | Module: Agenda
📌 Note: This management is for visual purposes only, as it does not generate a valid sales transaction that can be issued as a receipt to the customer.

You can register and update the payment status of an appointment directly from the booking confirmation by following these steps:
1. Locate the appointment
Go to Agenda and find the corresponding booking.
You can quickly identify its payment status by checking the colour of the left-side bar on the appointment:
- Red bar: payment pending
- Yellow bar: partially paid
- Green bar: no outstanding balance
2. Access the appointment confirmation
Click on the appointment and select Confirmation to open the booking details.
3. Register the payment
From the booking confirmation screen:

Click Charge with: Other.

A new pop-up window will open, allowing you to select the payment method and enter the amount paid by the customer (full amount, partial payment, or deposit).

Once you save the changes, the booking status will be updated automatically, both in the confirmation summary and on the appointment itself in the Agenda.
