How to create and/or modify sales channels?

From CRM > Channels, we can create the different sales channels that we use in our center.

When creating a new channel, the following fields must be completed:

  • Name. * mandatory
  • Description.
  • Alias. If creating a promotional code, enter it here.
  • Categories. Choose between Online, Direct, Agency, or External. * mandatory

📌It should be noted that the online and agency categories are included in the calculation of monthly commission for sales generated from the online engine.

  • Spa/Voucher Discount. A direct discount can be assigned for purchases made through an specific sales channel.

What are sales channels for?

  • Online sales from different channels.
    We can differentiate our online offer by using different sales channels when inserting the engine on the website. For example: spa web, hotel app, hotel web...
  • Internal use from the agenda.
    When creating an appointment in the agenda, we can classify the appointments according to the sales channel manually.

Are sales channels activated for all services?

⚠️ By default, the system will activate the new customer group for all created services.

If you want to modify the configuration and manually select which service is activated in the new groups, please write to support@spalopia.com so we can make the change.

After creating the new sales channel, you can select in which services it applies and in which it does not. For this configuration, you have two options:

  • CRM > Channels

Through the services column, you can check or uncheck the services according to the desired configuration.

When you click, a new popup window opens where you can select the treatment you want to modify. Hover over the service line and click on edit, Then you can activate/deactivate the checkbox and save changes.

  • Manage > Treatments/Packs

📌 Activation of the new sales channel in the services may take a few minutes.

The created sales channel will appear as a new option in the configuration of each service, and you can activate or deactivate it from Manage > Treatments/Packages > Advanced > Sales Channels:
