You can activate a promotion for any service from your service list through its configuration.
Go to Manage > Treatments/Packs and select the service/pack to which you want to apply the offer.
Next, go to Prices > Offers > Add Offer.
How is it configured?
First, add the period during which the promotion will be valid.
Within this period, you can set the days of the week and/or the hours when the offer will be active.
The promotion will automatically start and end based on the established timeframe.
Three types of discounts can be applied:
- Fixed on sale date: You will offer a discount in euros on the base price when the purchase is made within the configured dates, regardless of when it is enjoyed. Applies to both reservations and vouchers.
According to the following example, any purchase or reservation made from February 9 to February 17 will have a €20 discount on the base price.
- Percent on sale date: Differs from the previous point in that the discount is offered in percentage terms.
- Percent on booking date: Allows configuring a discount that will be active exclusively for reservations made on the selected days/times.
Not available for vouchers.
In the following example, a 10% discount will be applied to all reservations enjoyed between February 1 and February 28.
How is the promotion displayed to the customer?
- Fixed and percent on sale date: During the configured period in the treatment/package, the online engine will display a highlight on the service and deduct the specified amount from the base price.
- Percent on booking date: On the days and times when the offer is active, an icon with the caption "discounted hours" will be highlighted within the service calendar.
