You can print a booking confirmation if you need to give it to the customer before or after the service is performed.
To do it, you have two possible options:
- From Agenda, find the booking and click directly on the print icon:
- From Reports > Appointments, find the booking ID and access the confirmation, where you will see the following button:
In both cases, a new window will open showing the following visual:
The sections displayed in the confirmation are customizable and can be enabled or disabled as desired:
- Spa name
- Client group
- Customer e-mail
- Sales channel
- Date of purchase
- Cancellation policy
- Professional who will execute the appointment
- Resource where the appointment will take place
- Spa logo
- Reservation/room number in the PMS (available if integration is active)
- Tip
- Signature
Additionally, we can set the default printing in the following formats:
- Ticket
- DL envelope
- DINA5
- DINA4
