How can I print a booking confirmation?

You can print a booking confirmation if you need to give it to the customer before or after the service is performed.
To do it, you have two possible options:
  • From Agenda, find the booking and click directly on the print icon:
  • From Reports > Appointments, find the booking ID and access the confirmation, where you will see the following button:

In both cases, a new window will open showing the following visual:

The sections displayed in the confirmation are customizable and can be enabled or disabled as desired:
  • Spa name
  • Client group
  • Customer e-mail
  • Sales channel
  • Date of purchase
  • Cancellation policy
  • Professional who will execute the appointment
  • Resource where the appointment will take place
  • Spa logo
  • Reservation/room number in the PMS (available if integration is active)
  • Tip
  • Signature

Additionally, we can set the default printing in the following formats:

  • Ticket
  • DL envelope
  • DINA5
  • DINA4
