How can I print a booking confirmation?

You can print a booking confirmation whenever you need to provide a physical copy to the customer.

To do this, you have two available options:

Option 1. Print from the Agenda
  1. Go to the Agenda.
  2. Click on the booking you want to print.
  3. Click the printer icon.
Option 2. Print from the booking confirmation
  1. Go to Records > Appointments.
  2. Search for the booking by entering its reference or using the available filters.
  3. Open the booking confirmation.
  4. Click the Print button.

🔍 How it works: In both cases, the system will open a new window with the booking confirmation ready to be printed.

What information can be included in the printout?

You can customise the information displayed in the printed confirmation by enabling or disabling the following fields:

  • Hotel name
  • Customer email
  • Customer group
  • Sales channel
  • Purchase date
  • Logo
  • Booking / room number in the PMS (if the integration is active)
  • Cancellation policy
  • Employee performing the service
  • Resource where the appointment takes place
  • Tip
  • Signature

The booking confirmation can be printed in the following formats:

  • Ticket
  • DL envelope
  • DINA5
  • DINA4
