Appointments affected by resource/employees schedule changes

It is possible that when editing the schedule of one or more resources (Agenda > Schedules > Resource Schedule, How to set up the schedule of a resource?), as well as employees (Agenda > Schedules > Professional Schedule or Agenda > Calendar), some appointments scheduled in the Agenda may be affected.
When this occurs, you will always be prompted to take one of the following actions:

  • BACK → Return to the previous editing screen to edit the schedule.

  • DO NOTHING → The reservation(s) remain in the Agenda, assigned to the same resource/employee. Later on, you will need to go into each reservation and modify it to assign a new resource/employee. 

  • CANCEL AFFECTED APPOINTMENTS → The affected appointment(s) will be cancelled.

⚠️ Please note this action cannot be undone.

  • SEND TO LIMBO → The appointment(s) remain in the Agenda but are moved to the "None" column.
    An alert icon will appear to indicate that no resource/employee is assigned. The appointment can be edited to assign it to a resource/therapist.
