What is the backup and what does it include?

The backup service allows you to have a daily backup copy of your Agenda, so you always have access to the key information about your appointments.

What does the backup include?

If you have the backup service active:

• You will receive a daily email with the backup file.
• The file will include a detailed list of all appointments scheduled for the current week.
• The information is sent in Excel and Word format, so you can easily review or store it.

What is it useful for?

The backup allows you to keep access to your Agenda information in situations such as:

• Temporary technical issues.
• Temporary loss of internet connection.
• The need to check appointments outside the system.

This way, you always have an up-to-date reference of your weekly schedule.
