How to view occupancy in bar format?

The bar format view allows you to clearly and visually monitor the occupancy of your centre’s resources throughout the day.

This feature is especially useful for planning shifts, managing capacity in real time, and improving the operational organisation of the centre.

How does it work?

When accessing the Schedule, you will see the occupancy of each resource (with this setting enabled) displayed in bar format.

 

 

By hovering your cursor over the bars, the following information will appear:

• The number of people assigned to the resource in each time slot.
• The occupancy percentage based on the maximum capacity configured.

If you click on the resource name, you will be able to view the appointment details.

To return to the general view, simply click on the resource again.

 

How to configure it?

• Go to Schedule > Settings
• In Default view, select Custom
• Tick the resources you want to display with occupancy bars
