How to configure a resource schedule?
By default, resources are available during the centre’s general opening hours.
👉 How to set-up the center schedule?
You only need to configure a specific schedule for a resource when you want to limit its availability to certain days or time slots.
Typical cases include:
- External resource: for example, a hotel space or nearby area that does not follow the centre’s opening hours.
- Availability outside regular hours: such as a pool that opens at night for a special circuit.
- Resource under renovation: in this case, you must block the resource for the dates when it will not be available.
How to load a specific schedule?
1. Enable the specific schedule option
Go to Agenda > Resources, select the resource, and enable the Specific schedule option.
⚠️ Warning: Until you complete the schedule setup (step 2), the resource will not show availability.
2. Access the schedule configuration
- Go to Agenda > Schedules > Resource schedule and click the red + button located in the lower-right corner.
- Select the resource you want to edit.
📌 Note: If several resources share the same schedule, you can select them to load the schedule jointly.
🔍 How it works: Expand the list by clicking the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the panel.
3. Define the period
Enter the start date and end date of the period you want to configure.
4. Select the schedule type
Choose one of the following options: Available, Block, or Maintenance.
⚠️ Warning: It is not possible to combine availability and blocking on the same day. If you need to partially limit a day, you must configure only the available time slot.
5. Set the resource schedule
Configure the schedule according to your needs:
- For specific time slots, enter a start time and end time.

- If it is a split shift, use the + Shifts option.

- If it applies for the entire opening hours of the centre, enable All day.

6. Select the days of the week
Deselect the days of the week on which the schedule should not apply.
7. Add more periods (optional)
If you need to configure another date range or schedule for the same resource, click + Period.
8. Save the changes
Always remember to SAVE your changes before leaving.
💬 For example: The Spa resource, from 09/06 to 22/06, will be available from 9:00 to 12:15 and from 17:00 to 23:30, every day except Saturdays and Sundays.

How to edit or delete a specific schedule?
Delete an existing schedule
- Go to Agenda > Schedules > Resource schedule and click the red + button (lower-right corner).
- Select the resource, define the date range, and enable All day.
- Click Delete.
- If applicable, go to Agenda > Resources, select the resource, and disable the Specific schedule option.
Edit a schedule
If you only need to modify an existing schedule:
- Keep the Specific schedule option enabled.
- Add a new period, which will overwrite the previous one.
💡 Tip: To avoid errors, it is recommended to delete the old schedule first and then load the new one.
⚠️ Warning: If you modify or delete a schedule that affects existing bookings, the system will notify you.
