How to sell a gift voucher at the spa reception?

From Point of Sale > Vouchers you can manage the sale of gift vouchers directly from the spa reception.

The process is very similar to the one followed by customers through the Booking Engine, and the voucher design will be the same in both cases.

How do you sell a gift voucher from reception?

1. Access the vouchers section

2. Select the service to be gifted

  • Choose the service the customer wants to purchase as a gift.
  • Click Make a Gift.
  • If the customer wants to gift more than one service, add them all to the cart.

3. Review the selection

Once you have added all the desired services, click Finalize to continue.

4. Enter customer and recipient details

Fill in the details of the purchaser and the gift voucher recipient.

📌 Note: The email address entered will receive the purchase confirmation once the process is completed.

💡 Tip: If you want to include a personalised message, you can add it in the Recipient name field. This text will appear on the gift voucher.

5. Complete the voucher sale

To generate the gift voucher, choose one of the following options:

  • Not charge and finish voucher
    • Generates the gift voucher without registering any payment.
    • Useful for promotions, complimentary vouchers, or special cases.
    • The voucher is created correctly but is not linked to any sales transaction.
  • Go to Point of Sale
    • Use this option if the customer pays at reception.
    • Complete the payment using the usual Point of Sale process and select the corresponding payment method.

  • Save as pending
    • Use this option if the customer prefers to pay remotely.
    • The system sends an email with a payment link to the customer.
    • Payment conditions, methods, and terms are the same as in the Booking Engine.
    • Once payment is completed, the voucher is automatically activated.
