In Spalopia, you can add all the products you use in the center for both public sale and the breakdown of service costs.
This will allow you to:
- Manage product sales from the Point of Sale.
- Configure the breakdown of costs in treatments.
How to perform the product upload?

Bulk product upload
1. Access the following link and make a copy of the file: Product Template
📌 If you already have a product database uploaded, you can download it directly from Manage > Products and start working on it, keeping the following detailed steps in mind.
2. Add all your spa products on sheet 2 following the guide with examples from sheet 1.
You can include both products for public sale and for use in the cabin if you want to configure the breakdown later.
📌 Please keep the following instructions in mind:
- The codes in the SKU column must not contain commas or periods.
- Decimal numbers must use periods (.) instead of commas. For example, 9.25, 0.40, etc.
3. With the updated document, you need to clear formatting.
💡 If you are using a Google Sheets, you can find this option under Format > Clear formatting.
If you are working with Excel, follow this path: Home > Editing > Clear > Clear Formats.
In both cases, remember to select the entire document first to ensure the action is applied to the whole document.
4. Download the file in csv format:
5. Go to the back office and in Manage > Products > Import, upload the products file:
Once imported, you will have all your products updated in Manage > Products.

Recommended option if you need to add a product individually or your product list is not very extensive.
To do this, go to Manage > Products > Add a product and manually complete the information for each product.
If you need to edit a product's information or its stock, you can do so from edit:
⚠️ If you no longer use a product at the center, we recommend deactivating it instead of deleting it to ensure that the past sales statistics for that product are not affected.
