How to edit the Terms and Conditions?

In your centre, you can manage two types of Terms and Conditions:

  • General
They apply by default to purchases of all services in your service menu.
📌 Note: These can be adapted depending on the purchase context, so you can have one set of general terms for appointments and a different one for gift vouchers.
  • Specific
Additional conditions that are only displayed when the customer selects a specific service or package during the purchase process.
How do you edit the general Terms and Conditions?

During the initial setup of your centre, the general Terms and Conditions you provided were already added.

If you want to modify them, go to the following path: Settings > Payments > Config > Appointments/Gift Vouchers > Terms and conditions.

⚠️ Warning: In this section, you will see one field for each enabled language. Make sure that all published languages have their corresponding translation.

💡 Tip: It is recommended to include here all relevant information that the customer should know before completing the purchase, and to always keep translations up to date.

💬 For example:
- To book an appointment, please call us at (+34) XXX XX XX XX.
- Access to the facilities is not allowed for guests under 18 years old.
- The centre provides slippers and a swimming cap (free of charge) and a towel (with deposit).
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturdays and Sundays 10:00–20:00.

How do you add or edit specific Terms and Conditions?

If, in addition to the general terms, you want to add conditions specific to a particular service or package, you can configure them directly in the treatment or package.

This way, the customer will see both the general and the specific terms when selecting that service during the purchase process.

To configure them:

  1. Go to Manage > Treatments / Packages.
  2. Open the desired service or package.
  3. In the Specific Terms and Conditions section of the treatment, enter the relevant information.
⚠️ Warning: If your Booking Engine is published in multiple languages, make sure to add the corresponding translation for each one.

💬 For example: If you want to extend the access requirements for the Water Circuit, these conditions will be displayed after the service description.
