How to create and configure a package?

A package is a combination of two or more services that are booked together but delivered separately.
💬 For example: “spa access + 25-minute relaxing massage”.

To create or edit a package, go to Manage > Packs > Edit or Add pack.

What can you configure in a package?
  • Status
    Enable or disable the package.
  • Translations
    In this section, you can manage all the active languages used for publishing..

    For each language, you can complete the following fields:
    • Name
      Name of the package, visible to the customer.
    • Description
      Optional, but recommended to describe the package to the customer.
    • Specific Terms and Conditions
      Add additional conditions specific to the package.

      💬 For example:
      - Night circuit: indicate opening hours.
      - Pregnancy massage: include restrictions.
      - Aromatic massage: specify possible allergies.
  • Services:
    • Min / Max minutes
      Defines the minimum and maximum time that must pass between the services included in the package.
      🔍 How it works: This setting only affects bookings made through the Booking Engine.

    • Allow other combinations
      When enabled, the system will look for availability of the included services in any order.
      💡 Tip: Recommended when the execution order is not relevant, as it offers more alternatives to the customer.

    • Services
      Add the services that will be part of the package.
      📌 Note: Services must be created beforehand as treatments.

      • People
        Indicate the capacity included in the package.
        Make sure it does not exceed the capacity configured in the original treatment.
        🔍 How it works: If the package is for two people, the treatment must be configured in Manage > Treatments as a couple service.
      • Price (per person)
        The system calculates the total price based on the number of selected people.
        The default price shown is the one from the original service, but you can modify it manually if needed.
      • Total
        The system calculates the total price based on the selected number of people.

    • Price
      Final cost of the package.
    • Capacity
      Indicates how many people the package price is intended for.
      📌 Note: This value is for informational purposes only; availability is defined by the included services.
  • Tax
    Specify the tax type applied to this package so it is reflected in Reports.

  • Offers
    Associate a promotion if needed.

  • Advanced
    • Treatment Type
      Choose one of the available categories.

    • Enable online bookings
      Enable this option to allow customers to book the package through the Booking Engine.
    • Enable online vouchers
      Enable this option so customers can purchase the package as a gift voucher through the Booking Engine.
    • Prepayment required
      Enable this option so bookings made through the Booking Engine are paid in advance.
      📌 Note: Mandatory if you work with a Virtual POS.
    • Release
      Minimum advance time required to book the package through the Booking Engine.
    • Display order
      Defines the position of the package in the Booking Engine.
      🔍 How it works: Packages with lower numbers are displayed first.
  • Expiration date
    If this package has a different expiry period from the general one, configure its validity here.

  • Sales channels
    Select the channels in which the package will be available.

  • Customer groups
    Select whether the package will be available for specific customer groups.

  • Description
    Optional, but recommended to describe the package content to the customer.
  • Images
    Images must have a 3:2 aspect ratio (for example, 500 × 333 px) and must be owned by you or free of rights.
  • Terms and Conditions
    Add additional conditions if applicable.
    📌 Note: Set these only if they differ from the general Terms and Conditions.

🔍 How it works

If a sales channel or customer group has a fixed price different from the base price, you can edit it directly in the corresponding column. Keep in mind that if a predefined discount exists for that group, it will also be applied.

You can also limit booking capacity by sales channel or customer group.

💬 For example: If you set a capacity of 10 for the website, once 10 simultaneous bookings are reached for the same time slot (regardless of the channel used), availability will no longer be shown for that channel.
