How to add rates and extras to a service in the menu?
What are rates and extras?

Rates: These are different prices for the same service, which can be selected both when making a booking and when purchasing a gift voucher.
💬 For example: resident rate, guest rate, senior rate, etc.

Extras: These are optional add-ons that the customer can include when purchasing a gift voucher.
💬 For example: a glass of sparkling wine, chocolates, swimsuit, etc.
📌 Rates are available for both bookings and gift vouchers, while extras are only shown in the gift voucher option.
How to add rates and extras?
1. Create a new rate or extra
Go to Manage > Treatments > Prices > Extras/Rates
Click on the Add Extra/Rate button.
You can select a name from the list or type a new one and press Enter (+) to create it.
2. Fill in the configuration fields

Base price label
If you want to display a different name in the booking engine, enter it in this section.
⚠️ This label must be translated into each published language.
- Type
Select whether it is a rate or an extra. - Available online
Enable this if you want it to be displayed in online booking or purchase.
If not enabled, it will only be visible in the Agenda (rates) or in Point of Sale > Vouchers (rates and extras). - Users
Indicate for how many people it applies. - Activated
Tick this box to activate the rate or extra. - Price
💬 For example: If the rate applies to a couple, make sure to include the total price for both people. - Order
Set the display order. The lower number will have higher priority. - Do promotions apply to this discount?
Tick this box if you want service promotions to also apply to this rate or extra.

📌 Remember to ALWAYS SAVE changes before leaving.
3. Translations
Rates and extras must also be translated:

First, create the Spanish version.

- In the booking engine > selecting a service and booking
- In the booking engine > selecting a service and gift voucher
- In the Agenda: available rates will be visible when creating or editing a booking
